Where can I get in contact with you?

We will get back to your query within 24-48 hours maximum. 

Please also note that we operate online only so do not have the facilities to take calls. We will fully resolve any issues whatsoever via our Helpdesk.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. If there is any issues with your location we will contact you if there is a mistake. Alternatively you can contact us if you have any concerns about your delivery location.

Can I cancel my order?

We only accept cancellations of orders within 24 hrs of purchasing. This is due to us having a fast turn around time. Often your order will already be processed after the 24hr time frame and be in transit. Please see our Contact Us page if you have any issues. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your location. It usually won't be longer than 2 weeks but certain countries we deliver to take longer.

Where is my order?

Sometimes your order can be delivered to your home then re-directed to your local post office if no one is home to receive it. This varies on your country.

Sometimes there could be a delay in customs. Please check the tracking number we provide you upon purchase to see where your order is located.

I only received one product when I ordered two?

We source our products from a collection of suppliers in order to be able to give you the best prices. This means some products can arrive in separate parcels. Your products are ordered at the same time but can arrive a day or 2 apart. Don't worry they will arrive :) 

My product arrived damaged, what can I do? 

In the unlikely event that your item has arrived to you in an unsatisfactory condition or is damaged upon arrival we will fix the problem right away. In order to process this you will be required to provide us with photos demonstrating the issue with the item received via our Helpdesk. Please drop us a message at support@pawsomecouture.com.

Each case is different and depending on the circumstances and the severity of the damage we may offer a replacement order or a full refund. This is down to the discretion of the Management Team.

Please also note that on occasion there may be slight color/shade disparity between the colors of our items on different platforms e.g. mobile/tablet due to tint and contrast difference and we aim to accurately demonstrate all of our products on our website as clearly as we can.
